1. Click on the video to watch and look in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. 

2. Click on the Icon that looks like a piece of paper with a magnifying glass. It should say "Transcript" when you hover over it.

3. Then if the video has a transcript available it will appear on the right-hand side of your video. They also work in full screen as well.
