Please follow these steps to sign into your Formed account:
1. On your browser (Chrome, Firefox or Safari), please visit app.formed.org and click on Sign In (upper, right hand corner).
2. Enter your email and click Next.
3. Then you will either be prompted to enter a one time code from your email (please check you junk/spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox) OR by using your password. If you do not know your password, please click Forgot Password.
Once you are signed in on a browser, you may choose to sign in on the Formed app on a smart phone or tablet.
If you have a smart tv, you may be able to sign into Formed there, as well. There are a few different methods for watching Formed on your TV. You can find information in our Help section: watch.formed.org/help
If your smart TV does not offer the Formed app/channel - but does have an internet browser, an option would be to log into Formed through your TV's internet browser, just as you would on your computer. If this doesn't work, another option would be to hook up your computer/laptop via an HDMI cord to your TV, so that you can mirror whatever is playing on your computer, on the TV screen.
