While you are able to copy and paste links to different videos through email and Flocknote, the videos will not be able to embed or play for people who do not already have a Formed subscription, and who aren't signed in. Otherwise, they will be prompted to start an individual subscription. Trailers can automatically play, but not full episodes, unless you're signed into a Formed account.
Our recommendation for this, is to advertise the video and link, while saying that they would need to be signed into a Formed account already, and that they can sign up for one through the parish. Otherwise, they would need their own individual subscription.
