Follow these steps to set up FORMED Funding for your existing account:


1. Login to your admin account for your parish's FORMED subscription and click your initials in the upper right-hand corner, then select Account in the drop-down menu


2. On your Account page, select On Demand Subscription from the left menu list


3. On your On Demand subscription page, click the blue Enable button next to FORMED Funding in your Subscription Payment Info box 


4. Read through and accept the terms for FORMED Funding


5. Set your FORMED Funding campaign goal


6. Click Enable to activate your FORMED Funding Campaign


7. Proceed back to your Account Overview page to view your FORMED Funding campaign details, as well as to enable or disable the campaign, toggle the visibility, and edit your FORMED Funding campaign goal

8. Below your Campaign Settings & Details boxes, you can find a campaign history and a list of contributors


PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU HAVE ENABLE FORMED FUNDING FOR AN EXISTING SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR CAMPAIGN WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ACTIVE THROUGH THE DATE OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL. FOR EXISTING ACCOUNTS THAT ARE IN A CANCELLED STATE, THE FORMED FUNDING CAMPAIGN WILL BE LIMITED TO 30 DAYS.
