Windows 7 & 10: Edge Browser

  1. While on formed.org click the Menu Button (3 Dots) in the top right corner of the browser.
  2. Select F12 Developer Tools
  3. Select the Debugger Tab in the Developer Tools menu
  4. Select Cookies Tab and select ooyala_storage.html
  5. Select the cookie titled key_auth0 and right click and select delete cookie
  6. Close the Developer Tool Menu
  7. Refresh your FORMED page
