Windows 7 & 10: Chrome Browser

  1. While on formed.org click the Menu Button (3 Dots or 3 Dashes) in the top right corner of the browser.
  2. Select More Tools from drop down menu
  3. Then select Developer Tools
  4. Select the Application Tab
  5. Then Select Cookies
  6. Locate the cookie associated with https://player.ooyala.com
  7. Then Locate the key_auth0 cookie and right click and select Delete
  8. Refresh your browser
