Windows 7 & 10: Chrome Browser
- While on formed.org click the Menu Button (3 Dots or 3 Dashes) in the top right corner of the browser.
- Select More Tools from drop down menu
- Then select Developer Tools
- Select the Application Tab
- Then Select Cookies
- Locate the cookie associated with https://player.ooyala.com
- Then Locate the key_auth0 cookie and right click and select Delete
- Refresh your browser
