Windows 7 & 10: Firefox Browser

  1. Click the Tools Menu (3 Dashes) in the top right corner of the browser
  2. Select Options from the drop-down menu
  3. On the Options Menu select the Privacy Tab
  4. Under the History Heading select the “remove individual cookies” link
  5. In the Cookie window that pops up use the search bar to locate cookies associated with ooyala.com
  6. Select the cookie named key_auth0
  7. Click the button Removed Selected
  8. Then click the CLOSE button
  9. Return to the FORMED page and refresh your browser
